This year we anticipate seeing all the tiny robots, superheroes and princesses descending on our zoo grounds for a day of fun. We traditionally have up to 30 treat stations which gives kids plenty of
trick-or-treating in a safe environment, free from traffic and chaos.
• We have a Creepy Critters exhibit brought to us by Roger Hill who always surprises us with an array of reptiles, scorpions and spiders. This is always a big hit with the kids!
• We have food vendors who provide a little indulgence to complete a perfect fall day
• Costume contests are every hour on the Tiger Deck of the main building
• Watch the Lake Superior Zoo animals enjoy special pumpkin enrichments of their own!
• The Haunted Shack has a scary place to go for those that are in the mood for just a little scare
• Our zookeepers will be selling pumpkins to raise funds for Bat Conservation International. And they’ll deliver them right to your car!
Boo at the zoo tickets are $9 in advance and $10 at the door. Tickets are required for any one aged two and older. Lake Superior Zoo members get the adults on the membership card in for free, but must purchase tickets for the kids. Tickets can be purchased up to the day of the event at the zoo, at Little Stores and online until October 8th.
